Friend, I pride my heart
and my eyes are not haughty
not chase for something that big, or what is beyond my strength
the contrary, I have calmed and quieted my soul
as a child in the mother as a child
in me my soul, hoping to make
friend now and forever
(with my little modification)
Friend, my heart is not lifted up my eyes
and are not raised it high, and dont
occupy myself with things too great or too
marvelous for me but i have
calmed and quieted my soul like a weaned
child with its mother,
like a child, is my soul, That is in me Trust in
friend, now and forever.
